Our Main Office for Testing Information is in the John W. Brister Building (downstairs) in Room 112. Call 901-678-2428 for information. From this site we offer:

  • Comprehensive assessment services provided for The University of Memphis and the Mid-South Community
  • Non-standard accommodations available on request
  • Student-related Testing
  • Nationally administered testing and certification
  • Information about "testing out" of college courses

The Testing Center, in conjunction with Prometric, opened a new computer testing center on November 29.  The U of M Prometric Center offers computer-based testing for graduate school admissions, as well as large variety of computer based professional licensure and certification tests.  For U of M students, the U of M Prometric Center will continue to offer the GRE, PRAXIS, and TOEFL exams.  Visit the Prometric web site www.prometric.com   to see a complete list of all the tests.
