Employer Guide > On-Line Student Database

Employers (excluding third party recruiters) who have access to the World Wide Web can view resumes of students and alumni registered for career services at The University of Memphis. This database operates in a sortable format using the Web Resume Book developed by Experience.

To access the Web Resume Book you will need to register in the "Employer View" of eRecruiting, an integrated recruiting management program, providing employers access to scheduled on-campus recruiting information, job listings, event announcements, as well as the Web Resume Book! To register and access the Web Resume Book, please see the instructions below. If you have any questions, please call us at (901) 678-2239.

Employer Registration -

• Simply call us at (901) 678-2239 and we'll register you

• Self-register, by logging into the Employer Guide, and clicking on the Experience eRecruiting Network icon.

Employer Log In

To Log In: Click here to enter the log in screen: http://memphis.experience.com/emp/sblogin An Employer overview Experience Screen will appear Click on "Create An Account" to create an account for yourself using your own username and password If you already have an account simply use the Log in Prompts You will need to enter your email address and password. Once you are logged in, you will see a Welcome/Greeting. The screen will show you what school(s) you are linked to. Choose: Post/Create a Job View Jobs Posted View the Events You Have Set Up Resume Books Log on to Employer View as described above.

Web Resume Books -

Previous WRB users are still registered and may use the password previously provided.
NOTE: Resumes are best viewed using the Internet Explorer browser.

To Access the Web Resume Books: Log on to Employer View as described above. Click on the "Resume Book(s)" link on the left side of the screen. Click on the desired resume book title.
