Graduation Day Instructions

What To Bring  |  What NOT To Bring  |  Student Seating  |  Parking

Congratulations on your accomplishment!  We are excited to help celebrate you on this important day.  To ensure the success of this celebration, we need you to be at FedEx Forum 1 hour prior to your ceremony on Saturday, December 13.

10:00 a.m. - College of Arts & Sciences, College of Communication and Fine Arts, University College, School of Audiology and Speech Pathology, Law, Doctoral Hoodings for these Colleges and Schools.

2:00 p.m. - Fogelman College of Business & Economics, College of Education, Herff College of Engineering, Loewenberg School of Nursing, Doctoral Hoodings for these Colleges and Schools.

Once you arrive at the Forum, please make your way to the Event Level, where you will line up with your respective College.  Your College Marshals will assist you with lining up within your degree program, and you should have a number on your pronouncer card indicating your place in line.  Your Marshals will provide you with further instructions on the procession, as well as provide earned honor cords.

If you have personal items with you, please leave them with a family or friends. We CANNOT hold items and would not suggest you leave them unattended.

There is no Commencement rehearsal.  For this reason, we ask you to arrive an hour prior to your ceremony, dressed and prepared for your procession to the stage.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are not parking in the Forum garage, you are advised to park South of Beale Street to avoid street closures when exiting the ceremony.
