Group Fitness Class Descriptions

Core Training - Refers to exercising the stabilization muscles of the pelvis, abdominal region and spine (hips, abs, lower back, and scapula) in an effort to improve muscle balance, coordination of movement, functional performance, posture and aesthetics.

Yoga – Relax and de-stress (while getting fit!!!) utilizing a dynamic flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement.

Kickboxing – Kick and punch your way to fitness with this fun combination of aerobics, boxing, and martial arts!  One of the most popular fitness trends to hit gyms in recent years.

Sculpt – An entire hour of exercises specially designed to sculpt, stretch, energize and strengthen your entire body!

Shape – A unique progression of movements performed specifically to burn fat and build muscle for the body you’ve always wanted!

Hip Hop – Leave the monotony of the treadmill behind!  Hip Hop is a fun filled way to get in shape while listening to the latest music and learning the hottest moves!

Cycle – For those who really want to sweat!  Boost cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and endurance regardless of your fitness level!

Bootcamp – “Sir!  I’m here to do hardcore calisthenics that burn fat and calories fast, Sir!”

Pump It Up – Hand weight exercises for strengthening, toning and chiseling your body from head to toe.
