Since the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 p.m., we request that you be at the location by 4:30 p.m. to be seated.

• The final deadline for all banquet reservations is February 28, 2009.
• Table assignments will be available at the door.
• Guests: Family and friends are invited to attend the Initiation ceremony and banquet. The fee for each guest will be finalized soon, and was $35.00 in 2008.
• If you do not pay for your guest when you complete the online Permanent Record of Enrollment, see “Guest Information and Reservation Form” at this website for instructions.
• Two $900 local Chapter Scholarships are available.  Please refer to the “Chapter Scholarships” for information, forms and deadlines.
