Welcome to the Student Activities Council

The Student Activities Council (SAC) strives to make sure you never utter the words, "There's nothing to do on campus." We do this by providing programs, events, and services to the University of Memphis community based on "Learning Outcomes" focusing on the community's social, physical, intellectual, and emotional development. We promote diversity as we strive to improve the quality of student life at the University of Memphis.

Membership will not be denied on the basis of age, race, sex, religion, ability, sexual orientation, national origin or political affiliation.

SAC is led by an executive council of a President and a Vice President.  Five programming chairs take the leadership for the programming committees including: Cultural Arts, Entertainment, Ideas and Issues, Special Events and University Traditions.
