RESIDENCE LIFE AND DINING
SERVICES
Change in Rental Payment Procedurs
Beginning with the Fall 2005 Semester, students will no longer be required to submit a $100 application/reservation deposit. Current residents may request their $100 application/reservation deposit to be refunded by completing a Request for Deposit Refund Form in the Residence Life and Dining Services Office at the completion of the last semester for which you will be living on campus prior to the Fall 2005 Semester.
These forms will be distributed to current residents when they check out of their current rooms for the Spring 2005 Semester.
A rental prepayment of $200.00 will be required after an
assignment is made for future semesters. Current residents
who reserve a room for the Fall 2005/Spring 2006 Semesters will be sent an
assignment packet with their official room assignment and check-in
information. A deadline to submit the $200.00 prepayment will
be given in the assignment packet. Students who fail to make
the rental prepayment by the designated deadline will have their room
assignments administratively canceled. The $200.00 is a
rental prepayment and will apply toward the semester’s rent for which it is
being paid. Students canceling for Fall 2005 prior to
