IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF MEMPHIS BURSAR’S OFFICE

TigerXpress is now available for your student to -

• View eBills *
• Pay fees with credit card (MasterCard/Visa/Discover) or eCheck
• Sign up for eRefunds in order to receive excess financial aid or fee refunds by direct deposit.  Students MUST check the REFUND OPTION BOX when entering their account information to ensure that they receive their refund!
• Sign up for the Installment Payment Plan**
• Set YOU up as an Authorized User!
• Manage Payment Profiles, and MORE!

Students access TigerXpress through their Spectrum Portal, and they MUST KNOW THEIR STUDENT ID, which is now a 9 digit number beginning with U. 

Please remind them to find this number on “My Profile” on TigerXpress, and WRITE IT DOWN!  They will need this number to complete actions on TigerXpress.  Students no longer use their Social Security numbers to access any University systems.

YOU can also view and pay your student’s fees, if s/he has set you up as an Authorized User.  Authorized users access TigerXpress through “Log in to TigerXpress” on eBursar at http://bf.memphis.edu/ebursar .

*Their anticipated Financial Aid should be reflected on their TigerXpress accounts.

** NEW Installment Payment Plan (IPP):

• It’s no longer automatic – they must sign up online!
• One Plan is available for both tuition and housing!
• Enrollment Fees - $50 for tuition, $40 for housing
• 50% down payment AND $50 enrollment fee is required at time of sign up.
