It's a Different World addresses issues of SSS students getting acclimated to the collegiate environment. It provides students with information about getting involved on campus through registered student organizations.

Student Support Services (SSS) is a federally funded TRIO Program through the U.S. Department of Education to provide free academic, career, financial, personal, social, and technological assistance and support to eligible college students. The program helps eligible participants adjust to college life, achieve academic success, graduate, and move on to become contributing members of society.

You are among friends in the Students Support Services office. You will get to know your colleagues and SSS staff on a personal basis. Staff members also maintain current information on campus and community resources and refer students to appropriate offices and agencies.

Enjoy a relaxing atmosphere at Student Support Services. Our offices and study areas in 405 Mitchell Hall are friendly places to come and visit, get academic assistance, study, or relax. A caring staff, tutoring center, computer lab, and study areas are available.
